About This Course

Our 16-Hour OSHA Confined Space Entry training (Classroom Version) course is designed for any workers who make entry into Permit-required Confined Spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, maintenance workers and safety professionals.

This course will provide train workers on the proper procedures for making entry into confined spaces and provide permit required confined space training per 29 CFR 1910.146. The course complies with the training requirements for Confined Space Entry under both Fed-OSHA and State OSHA.

Course Format & Length

This OSHA confined space training course includes up-to-date, high quality training created with your safety and learning as our top priority.

You can enroll in the classroom courses offered at our facilities through open enrollment. This course is typically scheduled during a 2 day period for 8 hours per day. The training will take a minimum of 16 hours to complete. View classroom training schedule.

This course includes both classroom training and practical application in actual permit spaces, using site-specific Personal Protective Equipment. Since this course requires hands-on training, we are not able to offer an online alternative to this training.

We can also provide this training on-site at your location when hosted by your employer. Request a quote for onsite training.

Confined Space Certification of Training

Once the course is completed successfully, you will be issued a Fed-OSHA certificate in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.146(q). You will be given access to download, save or print a confined space Certificate of Course Completion which is provided in PDF format.
