Option 1

Corporate Accounts

A HazMat Student corporate account is free to open with no commitment. A designated administrator enrolls employees, tracks their progress, and prints completion certificates through the Online Training System (OTS), while your company is billed once a month by invoice or by a card kept on file.

  • Your Corporate Administrator can enroll students, track employee progress, print completion certificates, and update student information through OTS.
  • Employees never enter payment information at enrollment or submit reimbursement forms after training.
  • Your company is billed monthly by invoice, or you may keep a credit card on file. Pay by check, ACH/direct deposit, credit card, cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, and more.
  • Students get immediate access to their courses after enrollment, and an updated OSHA safety course each year.
  • Every course is fully narrated, self-paced with saved progress, and backed by responsive customer support, with certificates available to print or save the moment a student passes.

How to open a corporate account

Complete and submit the corporate account form. We will need your contact information, approval for the courses you want to make available, and billing instructions for either monthly invoicing or a card on file. Once submitted, our staff sets up your account and emails you a secure link with next steps. You can email us a logo to personalize your Corporate Account page, and for vendor setup we can provide a W-9 and company letterhead on request. See the Corporate Account Terms and Conditions.

Option 2

Volume Pricing with Advance Purchase

Volume Pricing lets you pre-pay for a set number of online courses at a discounted rate and use them now or whenever you need them. Advance-purchase credits never expire, students always receive the most current version of the course, and you can substitute a different employee if someone does not finish.

How it works

After purchase, you can enroll students immediately or any time in the future. If training is completed over time, we set you up with an account in the Online Training System (OTS) and add your purchased courses to the account. As students complete training, courses are deducted from your balance. If a student does not finish, you can remove them and substitute another employee, so no credit goes to waste.

  • Discounted pricing that scales with the number of courses purchased.
  • Credits never expire, so you can use them now or whenever you need them.
  • Students always get the current, up-to-date version of every course.
  • Substitute students freely if plans change.

Advance purchase requires payment at the time of purchase. Pay by purchase order, check, credit card, ACH, cryptocurrencies, and more. Because volume pricing is pre-paid, it does not apply to Corporate Account monthly invoicing. See our payment options.

Option 3

Multiple Student Enrollment

The Multiple Student Enrollment form lets one person pay for and enroll several employees in a single transaction. It streamlines the sign-up steps in the Online Training System (OTS) and is the fastest way to get a group started without setting up an ongoing account.

It is a convenient, quick way to enroll a team in popular courses such as OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER, 24-Hour HAZWOPER, 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher, DOT HAZMAT, HAZMAT First Responder, and EMS / NREMT courses. If you train employees regularly, a Corporate Account may be a better fit. See our payment options for accepted methods of payment.
