Corporate Accounts

If you have multiple employees that need training, you can easily enroll them on our Multiple Student Enrollment Form. This allows one individual the ablilty to pay for more than one student at once.

If you have 10 students or more, open a Corporate Account with us. A Corporate Account gives a company the option to receive monthly billing by invoice or to pay with a credit card. Please complete the form to request a corporate account. Once established your employees will have access to our online training courses that your designated Corporate Administrator has assigned. Your company’s Corporate Administrator will receive e-mail notifications of student enrollments, progress and completion.

Advantages of a Corporate Account with HazMat Student are:

• Students do not have to enter credit card information at enrollment, but rather your company will be billed for enrollments. There are no claim forms employees must fill out for reimbursement.
• Students can access their courses (including OSHA safety training courses) immediately after enrollment.
• Your designated Corporate Administrator(s) can track employee progress, print completion certificates, update student information and enroll new students in OSHA safety training courses.
• Upon completion of the course, students can immediately save and print their certificates, including any past certificates of training for OSHA safety training courses completed with us.
• Students have the benefit of taking an updated OSHA safety-training course each year.
• We will either charge a credit card on file, or initiate an invoice at the end of each month for students that enroll during that month.

To initiate your corporate account we need some information. Click here to fill out the Corporate Account form. You may specify billing instructions. If you want us to bill a credit card on file, please do not send credit card information via e-mail. Call our tech support for a secure transaction. Once submitted, our staff will create and establish your account and you will receive an email containing a secure link and further instructions.
